What Is ADP in Fantasy Football?

ADP means Average Draft Position. It estimates the point in a fantasy draft where a player is usually selected.

If a player has an ADP of 24, that player has recently been selected around the 24th overall pick across the drafts included by the data provider. In a 12-team league, that is near the end of Round 2.

ADP helps you estimate whether a player may still be available at your next selection. It is a market guide, not a prediction of final performance. ADP also changes by scoring format, league type, provider, and date, so use data that resembles your league and is current near draft day.
