The MEAC named him its 2025–26 Male Student-Athlete of the Year in August 2026. His final season brought first-team All-MEAC and BOXTOROW HBCU All-America honors, along with third-team FCS All-America selections from FCS Football Central and Phil Steele.
He was selected for the American Bowl and HBCU Legacy Bowl and was a finalist for the Buck Buchanan and Doris Robinson awards.
