College Career
Jackson spent his freshman season at LSU before transferring to Arkansas. In three seasons with the Razorbacks, he played 42 games and compiled 116 tackles, 16 sacks and 28 tackles for loss. He recorded 44 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks in 2023, then finished 2024 with 49 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, nine quarterback hurries, three pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

After producing 16 sacks and 26.5 tackles for loss at Arkansas, Jackson tested at the NFL Combine with a 4.68-second 40-yard dash and a 40.5-inch vertical jump. Buffalo selected him 72nd overall in the third round of the 2025 draft.
